Eugene queda fuera de WWE

WWE.com confirma:
WWE has come to terms on the release of WWE Superstar Eugene as of August 14, 2009. We wish Eugene the best in all future endeavors
El regreso de Eugene había ocurrido apenas en julio 2009, tuvo una lucha en un house-show, y luego perdió el encuentro de “contrato en un poste” ante The Miz (Calgary Kid) en el RAW del 10 de agosto.Es MUY probable que el hecho de que sólo haya estado un mes en la empresa, se deba a que fue recontratado por ERROR, debido a que en el 2007 salió de WWE luego de su tercer fallo al programa de control de substancias, y al ser re-contratado, se dejaba en duda la seriedad del castigo
