Vuelven a escucharse los comentarios que desde hace al menos dos años han aparecido en relación al icono Sting; sus contratos los firma año por año, y su fecha de conclusión es poco después de la fecha de Bound for Glory 2009 (18 Octubre)Sting ya tiene 50 años (Aunque aparenta mucho menor edad), y aunque nada oficial se ha dicho, es real que podría ocurrir en cualquier momento
