Arséne Wenger, para muchos el modelo a seguir como entrenador, tiene claro quién es el mejor técnico del momento: Pep Guardiola. Preguntado por un periódico francés, eligió para escoltar al de Santpedor en sus preferencias a Ferguson y Del Bosque.
