Se confirmo en las grabaciones de SmackDown que finalmente sera Michelle Mccool la que se estara enfrentando a Melina en el evento Night Of Champion 2010 donde se estaran unificando el Divas y el Women’s Championship.Night of Champions 2010 tendrá lugar el 19 de septiembre de 2010 desde la Allstate Arena en Rosemont, Illinois.
